These Vegan Tiramisu-Style Cheesecake Cups combine gluten-free Oreo-style biscuits, creamy vanilla quark, and a dusting of cocoa powder for an easy no-bake dessert. Ready in under 5 minutes, they're a simple, Spoonie-friendly treat for summer.

- GF Oreo-style biscuits
- Vegan vanilla quark
- Dutch cocoa powder
- Dark rum optional
Break up biscuits.
Sprinkle with some dark rum (optional).
Spoon over vanilla quark.
Dust with cocoa.
Eat immediately or chill.
For a more tiramisu-inspired flavour, sprinkle a little dark rum over the biscuit pieces before adding the quark layer.
For the cleanest finish, dust with cocoa powder just before serving.
I used vanilla-flavoured vegan quark for this recipe. If vegan quark isn't available where you live, you can use a thick vegan Greek-style yoghurt. Just add a little vanilla extract and sweetener to taste if using plain yoghurt.
