  • Yoghurt dairy or dairy-free
  • Gluten-free muesli
  • Fruit fresh, frozen, or tinned

Instructions
 

  1. layer yoghurt and muesli in a jar
  2. add fruit between layers
  3. repeat
  4. eat immediately or refrigerate overnight
