This website is operated by Gourmet Spoonie, based in the Netherlands. You can contact me by filling out the form on the contact page.
What personal data I collect and why
- Newsletter sign-ups:
When you subscribe to my newsletter, I collect your name (if provided) and email address. This information is used only to send you my newsletter and free resources, such as the Spoonie 7-Day Meal Plan. - Contact forms:
If you use the contact form on my website, your name, email address, and message are collected via Google Forms. Your submission is stored securely in a private Google Sheet that only I can access. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not shared with third parties. - Cookies:
This website may use cookies for basic functionality and analytics (for example, through WordPress or third-party plugins). You can disable cookies in your browser if you prefer.
How your data is stored
- Newsletter subscriptions are managed through Substack, which stores your information securely and provides unsubscribe options in every email.
- Contact form submissions are stored in my Google Drive.
- I do not share your personal data with third parties, sell it, or use it for advertising.
How long your data is kept
- Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
- Contact form data is kept only as long as needed to respond to you.
Your rights under GDPR
If you are in the EU, you have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal data I hold about you.
- Ask me to correct or delete your personal data.
- Withdraw your consent at any time (unsubscribe link in every newsletter).

No user accounts
You cannot register for an account on this site. I do not set up user profiles or store login details.

I may update this privacy policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.
